EDM Gearbox Systems Integration Engineer

Lead EDM Gearbox integration and system balancing while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and validation teams. Support Driveline programs through cross-functional technical leadership.

This Design Systems / Applications Engineer supports Driveline and EDM Gearbox programs. The work connects Chief Engineering, Product Release, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Validation. Key capabilities include system interfaces, design reviews, engineering changes, and automotive product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration and system balancing of EDM Gearbox components
• Manage system interfaces, design reviews, and engineering changes
• Coordinate DREs, suppliers, manufacturing, and validation teams
• Lead DFMEA and DRBFM reviews; support DVP&R execution
• Resolve cross-functional issues and pursue technical cost reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering
• Experience with driveline, drivetrain, powertrain, transmission, gearbox, or eDrive systems
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DRBFM, DVP&R, and system integration
• Understanding of automotive product development
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
