Educational Facility Security Professional

Protect an educational facility with Allied Universal as a full-time Security Professional, using alert observation and confident incident response every weekday.

This tactical assignment requires a professional presence across entrances, hallways, outdoor areas, and other designated site locations. The successful candidate monitors activity, identifies hazards, manages conflicts through verbal de-escalation, and follows established emergency procedures. Strong judgment and dependable conduct matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site areas for unauthorized access and suspicious activity
• Identify safety hazards and report security incidents
• Use verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts
• Assist with evacuations and emergency response plans
• Communicate with personnel, management, and responders

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Knowledge of emergency response and reporting procedures
• Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• First Aid and CPR certification considered an asset
