EHR Senior Analyst

Overview
In this role you will lead the design, configuration, build and testing of Epic outpatient modules to support patient-centered care. You will work with clinicians and managers to define workflows, drive system optimisation, and support upgrades and safe deployments. You will develop and mentor analysts and collaborate across EHR teams, ensuring governance and quality standards are met. A core focus is delivering safer, efficient care through digital health within a large NHS trust.

- Lead design, configuration, build and testing of Epic module(s)
- Collaborate with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts to define workflows
- Support system optimisation aligned with Trust objectives
- Develop and support analysts; contribute to upgrades, testing and deployment of new functionality
- Resolve incidents and provide specialist end-user support
- Maintain relationships with departmental leads for clinically aligned system use
- Participate in governance, quality standards, and project plans
- Undertake required Epic certification/accreditation if not already held
- Spend minimum on-site time as required, with hybrid working options
- Epic certification or accreditation (essential)
- Degree level or equivalent; higher professional degree advantageous
- Experience designing, building, configuring and testing within Epic applications
- Good knowledge of NHS clinical, administrative and operational workflows
- Project management or improvement delivery experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and plan to deadlines
