Elective Admissions Lead – Transformation & Data Systems

The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Elective Admissions Manager to lead the Elective Admissions team across theatres, anaesthetics and preoperative services. You will drive performance, data quality, and patient tracking while shaping service development and budget management.

You will manage staff, support the elective recovery program, and lead improvements in capacity planning and reporting.
