GE Vernova – Power Conversion is looking for an experienced Electrical / Systems Engineer to support projects involving motors, generators, electrical drives, switchboards, power conversion, and HV systems .

Key requirements:

• Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience

• Electrical systems/design engineering experience

• EPLAN / E-Plan & AutoCAD

• HV experience (1kV AC / 1.5kV DC )

• Systems integration, testing & commissioning experience

• MATLAB/Simulink, Speedgoat, Teamcenter or power conversion experience is a plus

🇬🇧 Eligibility & Security Requirements

✔️ Must meet the UK nationality requirements applicable to UK Eyes Only projects

✔️ Must currently reside in the UK

✔️ Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, SC Security Clearance

✔️ Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

❌ Visa sponsorship is not available

Please note: Eligibility requirements are determined by the security and project requirements of this position.

The initial contract runs to December 2026, with potential for extension depending on project requirements, workload and business needs .
