Overview
In this role you support Trimble’s consultancy, support and training team by assisting clients with electrical design calculations and high-level technical issues. You’ll engage with customers via 2nd line support, track defects and enhancements, and help prepare user documentation while coordinating with development. You work with CRM and reporting processes to improve future software builds and deliver quality service across Europe and worldwide. - Answer incoming support calls within defined timescales
- Provide problem-solving support for electrical design calculations
- Manage customer and defect tickets in the CRM system
- Provide high-level technical support to customers
- Contribute to monthly reports and defect/enhancement tracking
- Assist in root-cause analysis of defects and resolution
- Support Sales with technical input
- Assist in producing user documentation and help files
- Liaise with development to achieve goals
- Knowledge transfer to other support team members
- Test new software versions
- experience in electrical design and calculations
- Revit or AutoCAD knowledge
- degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage
