• Issue, manage and cancel electrical safety documentation including Permits to Work and Certificates of Isolation
• Implement and maintain Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
• Review contractor RAMS and ensure work is completed under appropriate Safe Systems of Work
• Oversee specialist electrical testing contractors operating within live critical environments
• Support electrical isolations required for periodic inspection and testing
• Operate critical M&E systems safely and in accordance with site procedures
• Support planned outages, critical maintenance and infrastructure works
• Identify risks and make technical recommendations where required
• Provide concise technical reports following testing, incidents or infrastructure activities
• Ensure testing activities comply with BS 7671 and relevant electrical testing requirements
• Maintain high standards across electrical plant rooms and operational areas
• Participate in Toolbox Talks, hazard reporting and near-miss reporting
• Work closely with site engineering, facilities and specialist vendor teams to maintain operational resilience
Essential Qualifications
• Current Authorised Person status in HV and/or LV electrical systems
• C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or recognised equivalent
• Current BS 7671 / 18th Edition

• Ability to travel between sites across Heathrow, Slough and Enfield
