Electro-Mechanical Systems Technologist

Design electrical hardware packages and mechanical interfaces as an Electro-Mechanical Systems Technologist at Saltworks Technologies. Develop complete system documentation while supporting hands-on equipment assembly.

This multifaceted position connects electrical and mechanical engineering with production planning. You will specify instruments, document field connections, and help move systems from drawings into working equipment. Saltworks builds industrial water treatment and lithium refining systems for global leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate requirements and select instruments for applications
• Detail wiring, lugs, disconnects, and termination hardware
• Document field connectors, cable glands, and enclosures
• Create installation instructions and comprehensive parts lists
• Apply hands-on knowledge during production support

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Two to four years of relevant technical foundation
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and electrical schematics
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and resourcefulness
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills
