Electronics Test Development Manager

• Lead the Test department to provide and maintain in-circuit and functional test equipment for in-house production
• mentor and develop Test Engineering staff and structure, including performance management and talent acquisition
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing solutions with production needs and product goals
• define and implement test strategies and standards to ensure reliability and scalability of production testing

• Proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA function testing and/or in-circuit testing
• Familiarity with Keysight platforms
• Demonstrated leadership in managing Test Engineering teams, including mentoring and performance management
