Overview
In this role you will own the development and support of Elite 3E-based solutions within a complex legal finance environment. You will partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver applications that improve efficiency, data quality and user experience. You will lead the design of scalable solutions using Elite 3E, VB.NET, SQL and XML, ensuring performance and maintainability. You will act as the Elite 3E SME, identifying improvements and guiding implementation with internal teams and external vendors. This is a client-facing role that shapes the practice management platform to support the firm's objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop, customise and enhance Elite 3E applications and workflows for finance, billing, matter management and operations
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to design and deliver Elite 3E solutions that boost efficiency, data quality and user experience
- Lead the development of scalable solutions using Elite 3E, VB.NET, SQL and XML
- Act as Elite 3E subject matter expert, identify improvements and troubleshoot complex issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and support Elite 3E enhancements
- Experience with Elite 3E IDE
- Extensive experience developing and customizing Elite 3E solutions
- Advanced .NET development knowledge, especially VB.NET, and XML technologies (XSLT, XPath)
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills with performant, maintainable databases
- Proven ability to work on complex, business-critical applications and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Azure DevOps; exposure to Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric or reporting solutions is advantageous
