Embedded C++ Software Developer

Develop embedded control software for Väderstad farming equipment using C, C++, Embedded RTOS, and Embedded Linux in an office environment.

As an embedded software developer, you will drive control-system development focused on product design and user experience. The work spans concept through delivery within collaborative global teams. You will apply Agile development, communication protocols, microcontrollers, and software tools while supporting farming equipment innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop embedded software for onboard farming equipment control systems
• Participate across embedded software development from concept through delivery
• Build simulators and emulators for software development
• Troubleshoot software bugs through root cause analysis
• Review product lifecycle documentation and others' code

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with C, C++, Embedded RTOS, and Embedded Linux
• Experience with CANBUS and communication protocols
• Experience with microcontrollers or other processors
• Five years of experience preferred
