- Lead full lifecycle embedded development from concept to deployment
- Design and implement robust firmware for real‑world devices
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on MCU/PCB integration
- Debug, test, and optimize firmware for reliability and performance
- Evaluate and apply appropriate RTOS or bare‑metal approaches
- Support and mentor junior engineers and peers
- Contribute to hardware–software integration and validation plans
- 10+ years in firmware/embedded C development
- MCU experience including STM32 and PIC32
- Hands‑on Python experience
- Knowledge of I2C, SPI, and Serial communication
- Familiarity with RTOS and bare‑metal programming
- Good appreciation for hardware and potential PCB schematics
- Embedded Linux knowledge considered beneficial
