Overview
In this role you will design and develop commercial embedded software for secure, cloud-connected devices. You operate within an Agile team to deliver high-quality firmware on STM32 platforms while addressing real-time, connectivity and security challenges. You will shape embedded solutions for safeguarding technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive robust product outcomes. This is a hands-on role with a strong impact on product reliability and security in connected systems.
Responsibilities- develop embedded software in C/C++ for commercial products
- work with STM32 microcontrollers
- implement and test communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, Ethernet)
- develop software for RTOS environments (FreeRTOS)
- contribute to secure IoT and cloud-connected device capabilities
- work within Agile methodologies
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality firmware
- 5 years of embedded C/C++ experience
- experience with STM32 family
- strong understanding of comms protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, Ethernet)
- experience with RTOS such as FreeRTOS
- experience in developing secure IoT/cloud-connected devices
- proven track record of commercial embedded products
