EMEA Data Center Operations Executive

Confidential, a leading data center operations organization, seeks an Executive Leader to drive 24x7 critical operations across EMEA, translating strategy into regional plans and representing Operations with the Board and investors. The role orchestrates incident management, safety programs, and global operating model alignment.

You will oversee new site startups, staffing, training, and supplier relationships while optimizing OpEx/CapEx and capacity planning across power, cooling, and space.
