EMEA Implementation & Onboarding Specialist

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You will own orders from Shopify through to onboarding and installation, coordinating with logistics, digital and customer teams to ensure a seamless experience for Pilates education clients across the EMEA region.

This highly operational role requires strong organisation, proactive communication and a systems-savvy mindset to improve processes and SOPs while maintaining excellent stakeholder alignment.
