EMEA Legal & Projects Director – Data Centre Transactions

STACK Infrastructure in London leads the EMEA data centre development and investment activity. As Director, Legal - Projects & Transactions, EMEA, you will provide strategic and hands-on legal advice from early opportunity assessment through acquisition, development, construction, leasing and operation.

You will structure complex transactions, manage legal risk, and partner with Development, Construction, Power, Commercial and Finance teams to shape structure and ensure delivery.
