EMEA Partner Lead, Data Foundations for AI, EMEA Partner Specialist team

In this role you drive the strategy and execution to grow AWS’s Data partner ecosystem across EMEA, shaping data use cases and capabilities from data ingestion to AI-ready lakehouse governance and analytics. You’ll partner with multiple AWS teams to enable and scale partner offerings, delivering measurable ROI through co-developed solutions and customer wins. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on enablement and partner development, impacting AI adoption on AWS’s data layer. You’ll mentor regional Data and Analytics experts and help elevate partner success at scale.

• Develop and lead the partner strategy and execution plan to grow the AWS-based Data partner community in EMEA
• Drive AWS Data Competency attainment by guiding DB SDP partners, existing Data & Analytics competency partners, and AI-focused partners
• Collaborate with AWS teams and partners to bring data solutions to market with measurable ROI
• Prioritize engagement with data-focused partners, including startups, consulting firms, and ISVs
• Build C-level relationships with top data partners
• Coordinate cross-functional training, enablement and GTM programs to scale the partner business in the data domain

• Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing
• 15+ years of sales, consulting, partner management, or business development in databases, analytics, and data platforms
