EMEA Security Strategy Lead

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, EMEA Regional Manager. This hybrid role will lead Global Security across the EMEA region, ensuring safety for people, assets, facilities, and operations.

You will partner with site leaders and external stakeholders to implement security strategies and manage risk in a complex, international environment. The role requires 6–8 years in security management, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with incident response.
