  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA License or ILMC, ABEM or AOBEM board certified or board eligible, PA Medic Command will assist with details to apply. If BE, require ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS. Vaccination requirements: PPD & Flu
