Shift: Nights - 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM (9-hour shifts)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital Level III Trauma 220 Beds 42K annual volume

Coverage Dates Needed:

• Sept 16 - Sept 24
• Oct 11 - Oct 20
• Dec 10 - Dec 16

Details:

• Coverage type: Inpatient + Call
• Reason for coverage: Staff leaving
• ABEM/AOBEM board certified/eligible required (within 5 years of residency)
• Average volume: 2 patients/hour overnight
• Double/triple coverage until 2 AM, then single coverage 2-6 AM
• Active Indiana license required (IMLC considered, but IN license preferred)
• CSR required prior to start
• Credentialing: 60-90 days No interview required
• EMR: Epic
• Minimum 12 shifts / 108 hours per month during coverage blocks
• Seeking 1 provider only - must be able to cover most or all listed dates

Requirements:

• Active IN state license
• BLS required; ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• Flu & COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
