Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Type of Need: Locums (Locums-to-Perm & Perm considered)
• Reason for Opening: Vacancy due to FTE increase & recent resignation
• Credentialing: Temp privileges available for clean files
• Orientation: Full-day (M F) prior to first shift

Shift Structure Eau Claire, WI.

• 3 Physicians + 1 APC daily
• Shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM 6:30 PM 6:30 AM 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
• APC: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Rice Lake, WI.

• 2 Physicians + 1 APC daily
• Shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
• APC: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified: ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA required)
• Active WI license (or willing to apply)
• Minimum 1 year of EM experience
• Urgent Care experience considered if not ABEM
• No pending malpractice claims

Compensation

• Pay: $300/HR
• Travel & Lodging: Covered
• Cross-Credentialing: Available
• EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Designation: None
• Clean file required for temp privileges
