  • Certifications: Current ACLS & PALS plus history of ATLS, Current-year flu vaccine
  • Experience: Residency completion
  • Other Qualifications: 2 years of case logs, 2 years of CME documentation, Sedation Quiz, Malpractice: $2,750,000 / $8,250,000
