Position: Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician

Schedule & Shift Breakdown
  • Current open date: November 27th day shift from 7a-7:30p
  • Shift Times: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM (12.5-hour Day shifts)
  • Coverage Type: Emergency Department / Urgent Care Shift Coverage (No Night Call)
  • Assignment Horizon: Ongoing coverage needs anticipated throughout 2027

Clinical Workload & Facility Infrastructure
  • Volume: patients per 24 hours across combined ED/UC setting
  • Shift Staffing Model: 1 On-shift Attending Physician working alongside 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) during Day to PM hours
  • Onsite Specialty Support: General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and a collaborative Hospitalist service

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Emergency Medicine or Primary Care with extensive ED experience
  • Licensure: Active Wisconsin State Medical License or active IMLC (Compact) license
  • Certifications: Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
