• Provider staffing model: 1 Physician 6AM 6PM and 6PM 6AM, plus 1 APP 11AM 9PM daily


• Nursing staffing model: 2 RNs around the clock plus a triage RN mid-day; additional staff includes respiratory, float RN, Nursing Supervisor, and Nurse Manager


• 9-bed Emergency Department with varying patient encounters per shift


• Trauma Level 4 facility with 24-hour availability of anesthesia, cardiothoracic surgery, catheterization lab, general surgery, laboratory, neurosurgery, OR, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and vascular surgery


• No Labor & Delivery department on site; if delivery situation arises, deliver and transfer to partner facility when stable


• Active Pennsylvania license required


• Clean malpractice history and NPDB preferred
