JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC/BE ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, or Surgery (ABMS/AOA recognized board)
  • Licenses: Active Ohio license, DEA
  • DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  • Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable
  • Experience: Residency in EM, IM, FM, or Surgery required
  • Other Qualifications: Flu vaccination, QuantiFERON, Epic training required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide emergency medical care in a freestanding emergency department.
  • Stabilize patients and arrange appropriate transfers when needed.
  • Work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts as scheduled, including nights and weekends.
  • Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
  • Collaborate with onsite diagnostic services (CT, X-ray, ultrasound, lab) for patient evaluation.
