Join a regional Level III Trauma Center seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for ongoing locum coverage. This is a great opportunity to practice in a supportive, medium-acuity ED with a manageable annual volume.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Level III Trauma Center

  • Approximately 12,000 annual ED visits

  • 11-bed ED

  • Medium-acuity patient population

  • Approximately 10% admission rate

  • 12-hour shifts

  • Expected 12 shifts per month

  • EDIF Medhost EMR

  • Helipad available for critical air ambulance transfers

  • Certified Chest Pain Center

  • Specialized stroke and chest pain intervention services

  • Ongoing locum coverage need with 2 FTE openings

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

  • Active Missouri license preferred

  • Active DEA required

  • Visa sponsorship not available
