Providers must have an active TX license and an active TX DEA

We are looking for a provider with full time hours.

Candidates must be local/no expenses.

Skill Requirements

  • Min. 3 years in ER or UC
  • Prefer Work Comp exp
  • DOT certification helpful
  • Must be able to work with Peds 3 months old and up

We offer a variety of shift lengths (7, 8, 12, and 15 hours) across all 7 days of the week.
