Employee Platform Engineer: End-to-End IT Automation

Wordsmith is building the internal platform for in-house teams, based in Edinburgh, and is growing rapidly. The Employee Platform Engineer will own onboarding, access, devices and offboarding end-to-end, building tooling and AI-assisted workflows to automate the employee lifecycle.

The role is hands-on with hardware and software, and requires coding skills in Python, Bash or TypeScript to automate identity, access provisioning and device management from the Edinburgh office.
