EMR & CDS Pharmacist — Clinical Informatics Leader

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist to lead EMR medication management implementations across six community hospitals and a 1000-bed academic medical center.

The CI Pharmacist will optimize patient safety through technology, design workflows, and collaborate with clinicians, information systems staff, and leadership to facilitate EMR changes and proper use of clinical decision support.
