In this role, you design, implement, and support enterprise encryption and key management services across cloud and on‑prem environments. You work with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to onboard use cases and enable centralized security controls. You will develop self‑service capabilities, automation, and runbooks to improve scalability and user experience. Your work supports secure, compliant technology solutions and reliable service delivery across the organization. - Support development and ongoing enhancement of encryption and key management services across cloud and on‑premises
- Onboard new use cases and integrate centralized encryption capabilities into business solutions
- Design and implement self‑service capabilities, automation, and operational processes
- Define and maintain service documentation, onboarding procedures, and runbooks
- Integrate with centralized key management platforms and cloud-native KMS
- Monitor service performance and coordinate issue resolution
- Support cybersecurity compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in evaluations, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Provide guidance on encryption best practices and service consumption patterns
- Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering technologies
- Understanding of encryption, key management, certificates, secrets management, or related controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset with automation and operational excellence
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms and scripting/automation languages
- Familiarity with REST APIs, IaC, and CI/CD tools
- Experience with containers and cloud-native technologies is desirable
