End To End Solution Architect

As an End To End Solution Architect at Atos UK&I, you design and shape transformational solutions spanning cloud, infrastructure, data, security, and digital workplace services for critical organisations. You will work closely with sales, bid, delivery and product teams to craft compelling technical solutions that meet customer needs and support strategic bids. You’ll coordinate cross-functional architecture workstreams and present architectures to senior stakeholders, ensuring viable and robust outcomes. This role offers remote-first flexibility, exposure to sovereign cloud initiatives, and the chance to influence Atos’s service portfolio in high-impact projects.

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions for complex customer opportunities
• Align business requirements, technology strategy, and delivery outcomes
• Engage with customers to shape solution roadmaps and transformation strategies
• Coordinate architecture teams across cloud, applications, infrastructure, security, and service management
• Support bids, proposals, solution costing, and executive presentations
• Ensure solutions are commercially viable, technically robust, and operationally deliverable
• Lead solution workshops and present architectures to senior stakeholders

• Enterprise Solution Architecture experience across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, data platforms, and digital workplace services
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure expertise with knowledge of public, private, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Bid, Tender & Pre-Sales leadership with track record translating customer requirements into capable solutions
• Security, compliance & governance knowledge focused on UK security, regulatory and data sovereignty requirements

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Stakeholder engagement with executives, commercial teams and delivery stakeholders
