End User Consultant

Overview

End User Consultant role at TieTalent — Scotland & Northeast region.

The company is part of an independent family-owned business with global market leadership (44,500 people, an annual turnover of 21.6 billion euros) in B-to-B distribution of industrial automation products, solutions and related services.

Location : Scotland & Northeast

Salary : £53k + £14k OTE

Responsibilities

• Work with the regional sales team to ensure work is carried out in a safe and timely manner.
• Show initiative, willingness and self-motivation and enjoy working as part of a team to manage workloads daily in line with team resource and customer delivery dates.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships across your account base.
• Build strong relationships with key colleagues at technology partners, acting as the interface into the End-User program.
• Utilise CRM in line with business expectations.
• Provide accurate reports in line with manager expectations.
• Promote the complete range of products and services across all areas of the preferred partners.

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience in solution selling in the industrial automation sector.
• Experience in managing a sales territory.
• Technical interests, specialist skills and experience are important for long term success.
• A good standard of education is required, particularly in Maths and English. Ideally the role holder will be qualified to at least ONC level in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Automation and Control products.
