Overview

In this role you manage the end-to-end administration and lifecycle of corporate end-user devices across the EMEA region, ensuring secure, compliant provisioning and retirement. You work with Finance, Security, Procurement and Tech Ops to deliver a consistent mobile experience and control spend. This position is on-site five days a week and involves collaborating with telco partners and internal teams to optimise device governance and support. You will shape regional mobile processes and policies to drive efficiency and security.

Responsibilities
  • Process and validate mobile device requests per policies
  • Coordinate device ordering, shipping and activation with telco partners and suppliers
  • Register new devices in Apple Business Manager or Android Zero Touch
  • Support SIM provisioning, number assignment and line activation
  • Manage mobile contracts, upgrades, replacements, and deactivations
  • Liaise with carriers for escalations and billing queries
  • Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle status using asset management systems
  • Track non-compliant devices and take appropriate actions (lock, wipe, retire)
  • Ensure compliance with security, BYOD, data privacy, and corporate usage policies
  • Produce reporting on device usage, compliance, lifecycle, and cost centres
  • Provide support for mobile issues and coordinate with Tech Ops and partners
  • Escalate to vendors or security teams as needed
  • Oversee regional mobile spend reporting and efficiency initiatives
  • Develop and refine mobile device policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Harmonise regional/global mobile processes and consolidate tenants/policies/tools
  • Identify provisioning workflow improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support enrolment of corporate apps into MAM platforms and MDM initiatives
Key requirements
  • Experience in enterprise IT hardware estates, preferably mobiles
  • Understanding of iOS and Android device configuration, security, and lifecycle management
  • Experience administering mobile lines/SIMs with telco providers
  • Strong troubleshooting and user-focused support
  • Asset inventory management and documentation
  • Financial analysis and management information reporting
  • Knowledge of MAM policies and enterprise mobile security frameworks
  • Experience in large, multitenant environments
  • Understanding of corporate procurement and vendor management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in core M365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and Service-Now
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
