End-User IT Support Specialist

Intesa Sanpaolo London Branch is seeking an IT Support Analyst to help maintain the local IT environment and provide end-user assistance. You will manage hardware, software, and devices, install workstations, and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

You will join the Information Technology Department and collaborate with global teams, supporting printers, servers, and AV technologies. A 2–3 year background in IT support and a IT-related degree are preferred.
