End-User Systems Support Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Ledcor is seeking a System Support Analyst to ensure end-user devices and services operate smoothly. The role covers device setup, software installation, configuration and troubleshooting across Windows, Android, and iOS, with on-site and remote support.

The 6-month fixed-term position requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage IT incidents while collaborating with internal and external resources. Office-based role in Ontario with occasional travel.
