Endocrinology Physician

A day in this role could include:

• Managing patients through diabetes care - lifestyle guidance, medication management, and insulin therapy
• Evaluating and treating pituitary disorders such as growth hormone deficiency, Cushing's syndrome, and prolactinomas
• Delivering personalized care for a broad range of endocrine conditions, from diagnosis through treatment planning
• Treating metabolic bone diseases including osteoporosis and osteomalacia
• Diagnosing and managing thyroid conditions like hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and nodules
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of PCPs, nurses, dietitians, and specialists
• Managing adrenal disorders, including Addison's disease and adrenal insufficiency
• Educating patients and families on self-management and treatment options
• Contributing to hospital quality initiatives and committee work

What we're looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine
• Completed fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
• Eligible for unrestricted NY State medical licensure
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
