Job Details:
- Full-time Endocrinologist position providing comprehensive care to a large and diverse patient population with general endocrinology and diabetes needs
- Team-based, patient-centered approach emphasizing diabetes wellness, prevention, and long-term management
- Collaborate within advanced multispecialty teams including radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, and oncology
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support available to enhance workflow and work-life balance
- On-site ultrasound and thyroid biopsy capabilities
- Access to a strong internal referral base within a physician-led, multi-specialty organization delivering more than 30 specialty services across Connecticut

- Fellowship-trained Endocrinologist required
- Board eligible or board certified
