• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient consultative practice
• Planned succession with immediate patient volume
• Average 18-25 patients per day
• Flexible scheduling with 4-day work week option
• Five APPs supporting the service line; three NPs assisting with call coverage
• Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian on staff
• Manage insulin pumps and CGM
• Thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration experience preferred but not required
• Open-access clinic with new patient appointments typically within one week
• Strong referral base from 54 primary care providers across Northeast Indiana, Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan
• Academic affiliation with IU School of Medicine and Fort Wayne Residency Program
• Telemedicine and clinical research opportunities

Qualifications
• BE/BC in Endocrinology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure

Compensation & Benefits
