Location: Allentown, PA

Overview: Supports high-volume imaging, configuration, staging, and deployment of enterprise devices using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot in a standardized environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  
• Stage devices (OS installs, patching, software, BitLocker, asset tagging)
  
• Support large-scale deployments and refresh initiatives
  
• Perform build validation, troubleshooting, and compliance checks
  
• Manage asset tracking and full device lifecycle
  
• Follow SOPs and standardized deployment processes
  
• Ensure security, patching, and regulatory compliance
  
• Partner with engineering and support teams
  
• Support device decommissioning and data wiping Requirements
  
• 2–5+ years in desktop support or IT build environments
  
• Experience xhqgsiq with SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
  
• Strong Windows 10/11 imaging and OSD knowledge
  
• Experience with large-scale deployments
  
• Familiar with Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra)
  
• Knowledge of patching, deployment, and endpoint compliance
  
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management.
