Energy Client Operations & Data Specialist

ESG is seeking a Client Operations Analyst based in Chorley. The role sits in Retail Operations and reports to the Team Manager, with hybrid work between the office and home location. Initial training will require in-office presence at the Chorley UK office.

You will develop relations with customers and provide excellent customer service on regulatory data requirements, handling exception management and stakeholder communications in a managed service environment for energy suppliers.
