Join Baringa’s Energy Networks practice to shape and deliver transformative changes for UK electricity and gas networks. You will work across capital delivery, asset management, and digital-enabled operations, helping clients plan, build, and operate critical infrastructure. You'll shape operating models, governance, and performance management, while deploying pragmatic digital and AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to land change on the ground and support client relationships in a thriving energy-transition landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engagements across networks capital delivery and asset management, guiding clients from problem definition to on-ground delivery
  • Shape and implement operating model improvements across people, process, and technology, including governance and performance management
  • Deploy digital and AI solutions in a pragmatic, business-case-led way to improve field operations and asset data
  • Mobilise delivery with client and partner teams, coordinating with engineers and field forces
  • Contribute to bids, proposals, and client relationship development leveraging the UK-wide client portfolio
Key requirements
  • Consulting and/or industry experience in utilities, networks, water or adjacent asset-intensive sectors with regulated business knowledge
  • Credibility in capital delivery, asset management, field operations, or technology-enabled operational transformation
  • Experience in digital, data, and AI-driven change and translating technology opportunities into value cases and roadmaps
  • Collaborative, high-performing team ethos and passion for energy transition and client outcomes
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 days per week and embrace hybrid working
