Overview

As a Full Stack C# Engineer, you will design and deliver scalable applications that power core business functions at TP ICAP. You will collaborate with product owners, architects and peers to build secure, high-performance software. You will contribute to microservices, API integrations, and cloud-enabled solutions while prioritizing quality and maintainability. You will influence architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers within an Agile team. This role offers the chance to shape critical systems in a global financial markets environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software with business objectives
  • Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API integrations
  • Ensure SDLC processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Optimize performance and enforce security best practices
  • Participate in architectural discussions and guide systems toward target state
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
  • Work in Agile delivery teams with planning, estimation, and retrospectives
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate best practices
Key requirements
  • Strong experience in full-stack development in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar front-end frameworks)
  • Strong back-end experience with C#
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab)
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and code quality
  • Strong SQL/database skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
