In this role you will own and deliver IT services within a cross-functional engineering . You act as a hands-on operator, guiding small-to-medium projects and mentoring peers to lift team quality. You’ll specialize in Workplace Technology, incident response, and endpoint management to keep critical systems reliable. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, driving automation and architectural improvements. This is a growth-forward role at a global fintech leader.
Pay / Benefits- hybrid working model: three days per week in the office
- Independently design and deliver project-level work with minimal guidance
- Serve as Atlassian subject matter expert, optimizing Jira and Confluence
- Provide advanced support and policy management for macOS and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Microsoft Intune
- Deliver operational support for team-owned services and onboard new members on service design, security, and operations
- Demonstrate urgency and accountability during incidents, triaging complex flows
- Mentor less experienced engineers to raise technical quality
- Identify and implement automation using Python/PowerShell to reduce incidental complexity
- 2–3+ years in an IT Engineering or similar role
- Experience with Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD) and protocols like SAML and SCIM
- High-level experience managing the Atlassian suite with Jira configurations, workflows, and permissions
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical trade-off articulation
- Proactive ownership mindset for tasks and system health
- Effective communication with stakeholders and complex support resolution
