Overview
As an IT , you will support essential IT services across IAM, device management, and workplace tooling. You’ll learn the ecosystem under guidance from senior engineers, contributing to enterprise-scale IT operations. You will help keep the global team connected and secure, while developing foundational skills for future growth. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a fast-paced fintech environment that values practical impact.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day Okta administration and basic SSO integrations
- Support Atlassian suite administration (Jira/Confluence) and SaaS tool management
- Provide technical support for macOS and Windows endpoints using Intune and Jamf
- Maintain and improve automation scripts (Python/PowerShell) and assist with automation tasks
- Serve as first point of contact for escalated IT incidents and document troubleshooting
- Support asset and SaaS license lifecycle management
- Create and update technical documentation and end-user guides
- Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies to build technical proficiency
- Relevant technical degree, bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Interest in IAM and familiarity with Identity providers (Okta, Azure AD)
- Logical problem-solving approach and root-cause analysis
- Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) or willingness to learn
- Basic experience with Jira/Confluence desired
- Reliability and ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and communicate progress
