- Build scalable software using C# and .NET Core with clean, testable code
- Improve reliability and uptime of distributed systems via automation and efficient deployment
- Apply robust security controls ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Work in Agile/Lean environments to deliver value iteratively
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the product lifecycle
- Adhere to engineering/architecture standards, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation
- Proficient in C# and .NET Core with strong backend fundamentals
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures, RESTful APIs
- Experience in Azure (including Entra, modern authn/authz)
- Containerization and automation (e.g., Docker)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including IaC and observability
- Test-first mindset with unit/integration testing; exposure to E2E/contract testing (XUnit, Playwright, PACT)
- Lean/Agile experience; awareness of ISO 27001 and GDPR security/compliance
