Engineering Director (ID&F) - Java, .NET, AWS

In this role you lead the Fraud & Identity Engineering organization within Experian Software Solutions, guiding strategy, architecture, and delivery at scale for 500+ B2B clients. You will shape engineering practices, modernisation efforts, and cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and business stakeholders. Your focus is on AI-native delivery, governance, and global execution across geographies. • Build and lead diverse, high-performing teams across geographies with clear priorities and accountability

• Strong people leadership experience coaching global engineering teams
• Proficient in Java full stack, .NET, AWS, EKS, Devops, Claude, Cursor based engineering and deployment practices
• Proven ability to build relationships with global teams and influence decisions using data-driven approaches
