Engineering Excellence Leader — Digital Systems & Capability

CBS Butler is seeking an Engineering Excellence Manager to shape and develop the capability of its Engineering function in defence and aerospace. The role covers PLM/ALM systems, configuration management, governance and continuous improvement.

You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Programmes, HR and IT to ensure the function has the people, skills, systems and processes required for current and future programmes.
