Responsibilities- Create complex, scalable coding frameworks using suitable design patterns
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others’ work
- Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows with guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse
- Leverage SDLC tools and enterprise AI-enabled automation to boost automation and value
- Advise cross-functional teams on technical matters within domain of expertise
- Serve as go-to subject matter expert in the function
- Contribute to development of technical methods and durable reusable software frameworks
- Influence senior leaders across business, product, and technology teams
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Expert in one or more programming language(s)
- Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams
- Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security, resiliency, data sensitivity, and governance; ability to influence senior technical leaders
- Experience applying expertise to solve complex technology problems in one or more disciplines
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with Senior Leaders and Executives
