Engineering H&S Risk & Safe Systems Lead (18-Month)

Shillito Group seeks a Health & Safety Risk Assessment and Safe Systems Specialist on an engineering-focused, 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead risk assessment workshops, develop safe working procedures, and translate operational knowledge into practical, compliant documents.

You will produce two-page pictorial summaries and animated safety training materials, ensuring formal sign-off and auditability while coordinating with production, engineering and maintenance teams on site.
