Engineering Integration Coordinator

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering integration at AtkinsRéalis, managing interfaces, engineering inputs, and deliverable verification within an assigned project. The role supports day-to-day coordination across disciplines and packages.

Reporting to the Alliance Engineering Program Manager, you will support engineering management within a project environment. Your work includes interface management, design coordination, documentation, and verification against approved scope. You will collaborate with Design Leads, client representatives, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily interdisciplinary integration and interfaces between disciplines
• Track technical interfaces, inputs, RFIs, assumptions, risks, and deviations
• Identify design gaps, issues, EWNs, and required resolutions
• Verify deliverables against approved project scope and requirements
• Prepare design briefs, decision logs, RFI logs, and presentations

Requirements:

• Accredited engineering degree or related discipline
• Five to ten years in linear infrastructure
• Five years coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with design and delivery in complex regulated environments
• Professional Engineer designation or Canadian eligibility is an asset
